
Thin, long, round pasta made from stoneground farro and water
has the health benefits of whole grain. This thinner version of spaghetti is artisanally produced in Abruzzo by Giacomo Santoleri. The slender shape will go with any sauce used for spaghetti, such as a simple tomato sauce. Because farro pasta is more fragile than durum wheat, care is needed in cooking. Time is 7 minutes.
