Penne Peperoncino from Setaro is a familiar shape infused with chili pepper, coloring the pasta a gorgeous orange. Setaro, known for its high standards in artisanal pasta, has branched out in recent years with fanciful shapes and flavors such as this penne peperoncino. The chili kick is subtle.  This would be a good pasta to pair with shrimp and other shellfish in a light butter and cream sauce, or with chunks of hot soppressata or hot capocollo for those who like spicy sauces.
