Sweet, rich, syrupy and infused with oranges, this condiment is produced by the Caloguiri family. The vincotto is made by cooking the must of Negroamaro and Malvasia grapes and infusing the mixture with oranges to result in a sweet, rich condiment with a  tangy finish and wonderful aroma. It’s delightful on seafood, green salads or fruit salads, grilled meats, or even goat cheese.  An ounce in a tall glass of sparkling water with ice makes a refreshing nonalcoholic cocktail.
