Franchi Sementi borlotto lamon, a climbing bean, is a beautiful white pod mottled with red. From Venice, these are among the most popular types of borlotti-type beans in Northern Italy. These can be eaten as fresh shell beans or left to dry in the pods. Great in soups, stews, or mixed vegetable salads.
